POS Software Licensing
DataTrakPOS is licensed on a per-station basis. This means that a
license is required for each POS station (computer) that will run the POS software.
Back Office Software Licensing
DataTrakPOS back office software, EzManager is licensed per site (store)
location. This means that you can install and use the EzManager program
on any computer at your store. This includes installing and using a copy on
your server, any workstation or laptop computers on site.
Volume Discounts
We offer volume discounts to resellers and end users alike. Discounts
can be substantial when purchasing in volume, so please be sure to ask about volume
discounts.
Free or Low Cost Licensing for Qualifying Customers
DataTrakPOS provides free or very low cost software licenses to qualifiying
non-profit organizations such as women's shelters, certain schools and other institutions.
