DialplanPro Downloads

Full Windows Install
The Full Windows Installer will install the full Win32 based client software onto your Windows based computer.  Select this option if this is your first time installing DialplanPro.

Upgrade Notes:
If you are upgrading from a previous release of DialplanPro, follow these steps to upgrade:
  1. Shut down DialplanPro if it's currently running.
  2. Backup your system database located at c:\program files\dialplanpro\data_access\db.fdb.
  3. Uninstall your current version of DialplanPro.
  4. Install latest version from download above.
  5. Restore your existing database file to c:\program files\dialplanpro\data_access\db.fdb and overwrite the newly installed database if prompted.

Later versions of the installer will not overwrite your existing database, but it's a good idea to follow the steps above just in case.
